The University of Toronto Scholars Program provides recognition to the University’s outstanding students, at admission and on an ongoing basis. There are approximately 700 admission awards that have a value of $7,500.
In some cases a U of T Scholars award is tenable in conjunction with other admission awards that students may receive from their college/faculty.
Outstanding domestic and international high school students are automatically considered for these awards on the basis of their average at the time of admission (applicants who previously attended a postsecondary institution are not eligible for U of T Scholars consideration).
Payment of the award is conditional on full-time registration at the university in the fall of the year the award is granted.
